These terms cover use of aes-edu.net. The academic catalog, housing contract, and financial-aid award letter govern the relationship once you enroll.

Catalog information
Tuition, fees, deadlines, and program descriptions on this site match the 2026–27 catalog as of October 2026. If a page and the catalog disagree, the catalog controls. The board may change fees for a future year; it does not change tuition for a term already underway.
Inquiries are not applications
The contact form opens a correspondence file. An application is complete only when the admissions office confirms that transcripts, the essay, recommendations, and the fee or waiver have arrived. A form submission does not reserve a place in a class.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to send unlawful material, to impersonate a student or employee, or to probe university systems. Harbor Portal accounts are issued by the registrar after an enrollment deposit. Sharing an account is a conduct matter under the student handbook.
Intellectual property
Text, the AES name, and the beacon mark are owned by the Society. You may link to public pages. You may not copy the catalog into another site or use the mark to imply a partnership we have not signed. News releases may be quoted with credit and a link.
Liability
The site is published for information. Decisions about safety on the water, clinical placements, and licensure are governed by the laboratory manual, the clinical handbook, and state boards, not by a paragraph on this website.
