Membership is categorized into three namely;
1. Fellow (F.AES)
2. Member (M.AES)
3. Associate (A.AES)
The membership of the Academy is open to all undergraduates, fresh graduates (NYSC), prospective and practising entrepreneurs, business leaders, civil servants, bankers, workers in the private and public sectors, managers, traders, civil servants, assistant/deputy directors, and directors in the civil service and government parastatals, and everyone who desires success and has met the criteria for such membership as stipulated below:
CRITERIA FOR MEMBERSHIP OF AES
ASSOCIATE
To be eligible to become an Associate member, an applicant must be over
18 years old and either be: An undergraduate of a recognized tertiary
institution.
OR
A non-graduate with verifiable source of livelihood and good character.
All must have attended the AES 2-day leadership course
FULL MEMBER
To be eligible to become a full member, an applicant must be over 20 years
old and either be: A holder of an HND/BSC/BS (or its equivalent) or post
graduate degree(s) from recognized tertiary institution (s) with verifiable
good character.
OR
A non-graduate business – owner or Director/Senior Manager with
good character.
All must have attended the AES 2 – day leadership course.
FELLOWSHIP
This is open to members that have been very active members for a minimum
of 5 years
OR
Who have been business owners/Senior managers for minimum of five years
and have been active members of the academy for not less than 3 years.
OR
That quality for full membership of the academy, and found eligible at
the discretion of the board on the recommendation of the management.

SPECIAL PACKAGE FOR INSTITUTIONS (80% SUBSIDIZED)
Considering the modest financial capability of students of institutions, AES governing board has designed a special package for institutions as follows:
OPTION 1: For a group of 60
to 100 students = N16, 000. 00
per prospective member
OPTION 2: For a group of 101
and above = N13, 000. 00 per
prospective member
We also have a concessionary rate of N40,000
per participant for members of staff who desire membership of the AES.
The fee covers:
A). Application form
B). AES Membership fee
C). Free Entrepreneurship/Leadership Textbook
D). Course materials
E). Group photograph
F). Certificates of membership/participation
G). Refreshments.
Conditions:
1. School to provide - Hall and Public Address System
2. AES Compulsory Induction programme to be held in school premises
3. A full 2-day affair
